Wrapping Things Up

Hey friends! How was everyone's Easter holiday? Our day was busier than it has been in years but we really enjoyed ourselves (more on that later).

The last week of March was a bit crazy around here so please bare with me while I wrap up some end of the month things and play catch up here and there.

Today I've got Tiffany from Life of a Lost Muse stopping by for a little Q&A session. I really enjoy doing these little sessions with my sponsors and I hope that y'all do too. It's a fun way to get to know them better and on a more personal level. Plus, I get to think of fun questions!

1) Tell me a little about yourself and a little about your blog:

I'm Tiffany and I am the girl behind Life Of A Lost Muse.  I guess you'd call my blog a "lifestyle blog" as I talk about life, fashion, food, inspiration, etc.  I also post recipes & do fun giveaways from time to time.

2) Okay, I know you are a Southern girl, but where are you from? Tell us about where you live?

I'm from Arkansas.  Our slogan seems to be "if you don't like the weather, wait a few hours".  It's so crazy, but it's true!  You can experience all four seasons in a week here but I love it and it's home:)

I love this because the slogan in Houston is "If you don't like the weather, wait a few minutes." lol

3) What is your favorite thing to do when you have free time?

Free Time?!  Hmmmm...free time sounds lovely!  Let's see, if I had a day all to myself, with no responsibilities --- I'd watch movies, go shopping, get fro yo & macaroons...it may not seem like much but it would be the best day ever for me!

4) How did you get started making jewelry? What made you decide to start selling it on Etsy?

Honestly, I started making jewelry because my friend G and I played around with the idea for years.  She's got a shop too, called Clarice's Handmades.  I like the 'small business' feel of it, knowing that each piece that I made that sells --- someone actually liked that!  It's a very wonderful, humbling feeling:)

5) What is your favorite aspect about blogging? Least favorite?

The days I feel inspired, I just go!  The words come free flowing and it's such a happy feeling...  My least favorite are the days where I have writers block or I look at my (self-made, so it's my own fault) schedule of posts I need to do and just don't feel like writing that day.

I have the same issue. I hate it when I'm just not feeling it.

6) Top 3 movies of all time, go!

Oh wow...what a question!  I feel like such a McDorkus when I say this but probably Hocus Pocus, Clueless & Now and Then.  I grew up with these movies and I know every.single.word - I'm not joking.  Even now, at 31, I still enjoy them and they remind me of being a carefree kid.

Shut the front door! My all time favorite is Now and Then. I have it on DVD, watch it all the time. I'm a fan of Hocus Pocus and Clueless too :)

7) Your dream vacation - describe it.

I'd probably say New Orleans or somewhere with beaches, waterfalls & amazing scenery.  I haven't been on a beach vacation since I was 13 but I'd want to go somewhere that's just breathtakingly beautiful.  New Orleans is always a great place for me as it's pretty much my favorite place in the world.

Love NOLA!

8) #1 on your bucket list?

I seriously have no idea.  I don't have a bucket list!

9) One thing you will never, ever do?

Have a snake, spider or other creepy crawly as a pet.  I'm like Indiana Jones, "Snakes!  Why did it have to be snakes?!"

10) You get a whole day to spend with anyone you can imagine - who would it be?

Dave Matthews.  I'd like to say that we would have intelligent conversation and probably drink a lot of bourbon.  That we'd have the coolest day ever.  But, in reality, I'd probably lose my ability to speak and just stare at him, open mouthed & puppy-dog eyed LOL  My "play it cool" would probably go right out the window!

Thanks for doing this Q&A with me Tiffany!
