#PrayForBoston

I'm going to try and regain a sense of normalcy today and try to focus on positive things around here. I've been seriously stressed out for the last week or so and yesterday...yesterday was the "straw that broke the camels back." 

Or my heart, it broke my heart.

Like so many of you, I'm saddened and shocked. Angry. And confused. 
The only thing I know to do is to show my support and continue to pray.

Today I'm wearing my #raceshirt and I will today, tomorrow, and the next day, continue to #PrayForBoston.
