Wednesday Weigh In {Week 15}

Up Down. Up Down. Up Down. I'm exhausted y'all.

Those .8 lbs. that I lost last week? They're back!

I'm lucky I wasn't up 5.8 lbs. considering everything I ate over the weekend! My hubby was out of town for 4 days and I was a little sad. I stayed at my mom's for the majority of the time he was gone and she spoiled me with lots of not good for me foods.

I'm armed and dangerous now though - I went to the grocery store on Monday and stocked up on food for myself. Foods that I like and that are good, healthy choices. 
I even shared a healthy recipe yesterday. 

Last night I managed to not eat homemade enchiladas. 
That's a sin in this house.

I'm tired of playing around and seeing results one week and being super happy and proud and then the next week feeling defeated.

Also, we're headed to the beach in a little over a month for a week long vacation. If the fear of looking like a beached whale for an entire week doesn't light a fire under my ass, nothing will!

  2. I know exactly what you mean. I have a countdown on my calendar to my friends weddding in 45 days. But I had reality hit about 2 weeks ago when I did get in a bathing suit and looked like a whale. I am on track and even just last night I said NO to a Fuddruckers hamburger and had a salad. Keep up the fight. It is a lifestyle change.

  3. Hang in there honey - I loose the same 5 lbs every week....I was a bad influence on you this last weekend anyway - the lemon monkey bread sure didn't help! Be Strong! You can do it!!!!

    I know my boyfriend def makes it hard to eat healthy when he brings doritos home after work :-/

  9. I'm still sitting at I've lost 34-35 lbs.....need to get my booty movin more & eat better again! I became a slacker when I hit that original goal. I hope to be back for a link up with this on THIS Wednesday! Love getting back to our normal.
