Okay, first I cannot believe that I just made a Kardashian reference in the title.
Who the eff am I today?
Okay, let's just move past that!
So here I am sitting in my living room and all I can smell are these amazing ranch pork chops cooking in the crock pot (recipe to come!) and I"m thinking, darn, I wish I had some of that cornbread to go with dinner tonight!
Y'all, this is seriously the best cornbread ever. I love cornbread anyway, but my hubby who doesn't love it so much, likes this cornbread! I've been told that this is a copycat of Boston Market's cornbread but I wouldn't know. I've eaten at the place like twice in my entire life so I couldn't tell ya.
Anyhow, best cornbread ever. Try it. You'll thank me later!
Here's what you need:
Plus, whatever you need to prepare these boxes as directed on the back. Sorry, I don't have these things in front of me right now, otherwise I'd be having the best cornbread I've ever eaten for dinner tonight.
However, if my memory serves me you'll need eggs, milk and oil.
Here's what you do:
Mix all of the boxes together, plus the ingredients for each box into one large bowl and whisk until smooth. Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray and then pour in the batter. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
VOILA!
This is not your everyday cornbread! It's not crumbly or dry - it's super moist and almost like a cake.
Even the little man loved it!
