Wednesday Weigh-In

Hi lovelies! I know, it's Thursday and I'm late with my Wednesday Weigh-In. Story of my life so forgive me, please?
I promise I took this picture yesterday morning so it's still legit!

Last week I was at 201.4 so I lost one whole pound this week. I'm not mad though cause a pound a week is typical, normal, average or whatever. Plus, I haven't worked out. Can someone please force my ass to go to the gym? I've just been so busy and unfortunately the gym gets put at the end of my list. Anyhow, I'm down a total of 4.6 lbs in just two weeks. I'll take it!

Also, 2 whole weeks without any soda! Can I get a "you go girl?" I've been thinking it had been 3 weeks already but that's not the case. The last few days have been hard for some reason but I'm sticking with it. How do you think I lost 4.6 lbs already?

  1. Keep at it girl! I have a new found love of working out- you know why? I got new shoes and I can put on my music and run/walk my heart out kid free. Kid free. Nothing better. Oh I guess weight loss is a plus.

  2. A pound in a week is respectable! I've been losing maybe 1/2lb a week...I wish it would go faster, but like someone told me...even if you lost 1/2lb a week, in a year that amounts to 26lbs!

  3. if you think about it, 1 pound a week is 52 pounds in a year which is a lot! So that's awesome! But it is more important to be happy with yourself! :) following!

  4. Just stumbled across your blog from Lins blog! And goodness, do I feel the same way you do... Yeah, I need someone to get my ass to the gym pronto (I keep saying I want to loose weight, but i'm lazy. It should be motivation, but yeah, it's not.) And 1 lb a week IS average, so don't be discouraged (I did WW earlier this year and there were many weeks I only lost 1 lb, but hey, something is better than nothing!) Keep pushing on girl!

    AND YOU GO GIRL about the soda! That is one of the things I tried to cut out (heck, what am I saying, I couldn't cut it out completely, but I did moderate it when I started WW) and I can't even put into words how helpful it was (I didn't realize how much soda I drank, useless calories!)
