100% More Naps

This post is brought to you by Swiffer. All thoughts and opinions are my own. I'm excited to be a #SwifferEffectInfluencer.

So I've been home from Chicago for a few days now and I'm still exhausted. The good news is that I've managed to unpack my suitcases but there is bad news: my house is a disaster. I left my husband in charge of himself and the two little ones for almost five whole days. If you happen to be like me, the one behind all of the cleaning duties, you might understand where this is going.

The laundry is out of control, the kids' rooms look like pig pens and the dust is an inch thick on every surface in my house. I may be exaggerating - a little. The very last thing that I feel like doing right now is exerting myself with hours of deep cleaning. I follow a pretty strict schedule when it comes to house work but after five days of no upkeep - I need some help around here. House work should not be hard and Swiffer is stepping up to make it easier for all of us.

Check out this video of the adorable Lee & Morty, an elderly couple whose everyday has been positively affected by Swiffer:

Aren't they adorable? Also - I couldn't agree with Morty more - 100% more naps.

YES PLEASE.

Swiffer wants to make your life a little easier too. One lucky Charm + Sass reader will win a #SwifferEffect kit - a $20 value!

  1. To make cleaning chores easier, is almost a miracle! LOL!! I do try to do a little cleaning everyday so my cleaning jobs do not turn into a major cleaning ordeal. I also have tried to become more simplified, like not keeping things I think I might need later, but never do. And, my sons are now at the age they can help out a lot at the house, and they have chores they must do or they have privileges taken away. This has been the best "cleaning tip" I've had. My two boys do not seem as messy as they used to be, knowing they have to clean it up their messes. LOL! Great giveaway! I love Swiffer products!

  2. I break my cleaning up by days, with light daily cleaning in places like the kitchen and bathroom. I also try to do 1-2 loads of laundry a day. My system is far from perfect, but it helps!!

  3. I try to clean up as I go because I hate having messes. I can't say the same for my husband though... I put things away as I'm finished with them when cooking because having a messy kitchen drives me nuts.

  5. This is so silly, I know, but I NEVER go up or down the stairs emptyhanded. I'm usually bringing up clean clothes and bringing down dirties but my arms are always full. That way I never have 50 trips of junk to take up or down. It's a tiny thing, but it helps. :)

  6. TRY to keep up with my weekly to do list. Also, we try to share responsibilities and not let them pile up.
