Weekend Recap

Hey Y'all - sorry for the late post! I've spent the majority of today trying to console still exhausted, whining, too tired to function kids. I guess our weekend was just too exciting for them! Okay, I was still trying to recover too!

I feel like I spent at least half of my weekend in the car but it was all worth it in the end!
I started the weekend off right by having brunch with my mom & brother at White Oak Kitchen + Drinks in The Galleria.

The service was just okay, but the food was fabulous. I had eggs benedict that were to die for. Obviously they were too darn good for me to get a picture of them.

After breakfast we headed over to the Lego store to let the kids look around for a bit. I didn't realize that The Galleria had a Lego store but when I saw it I was probably more excited than the kids were.

After we finished up I took the kiddos home to hang out with Dad & I headed down to the #GracoSafety event at the Friendswood Babies R Us hosted by Mariah from Formula Mom and April from Insights By April.

The three of us and Kathy from Pinner Takes All had a fun time chatting and learning all about the new Graco Click Connect 40 Snugride car seat. This seat & compatible stroller are pretty darn amazing so if you or someone you know is in the market for one, I'd recommend checking it out!

Saturday evening was spent in the backyard with my hubby drinking margarita(s) and watching the kids play. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we even ate dinner out there.

Sunday we made the over an hour drive to Brookshire to visit Dewberry Farm. I'll share more about that trip later in the week, but for now - a teaser picture! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend and here's to an even better week!
