I just went through this where I was maintaining and I could not lose even a pound for almost a month. Turns out I was working out like crazy but I was consuming less calories and sending my body right into starvation mode. Within a couple weeks of adding a couple hundred calories per day to my diet (while not changing my workouts) I finally started seeing the scale drop. Eating healthy is key but sometimes we have to eat more if we are burning calories like crazy working out. That's just my recent experience. Hoping that helps? If the weight loss is still at a stand still, you may want to visit a doctor and get some blood work done. Just to be sure.
